The Performance Theatre (TPT)
At The Performance Theatre some of the world's most accomplished individuals are brought together in an intimate setting to discuss issues of global consequence. It is by invitation only and includes an opportunity to bring spouses/partners. The Performance Theatre is a round table, a vibrant alternative venue at which participants feel deeply welcome. The invitation and challenge is to rethink old ways of doing business and old ways of coming together to talk about business.
The Performance Theatre is an international theatre of business, without props or costumes; a collaborative performance of ideas and dialogue, without "walls" separating participants from presenters. The Theatre and its participants raise issues and address questions that matter, in an interactive forum of human and business discourse - during which participants communicate among peers, people who make the news. The Performance Theatre stimulates and inspires global leaders determined to shape the future of their organisations, and challenges them to think differently, do things differently and be different.

The Performance Theatre is based on the fundamental belief that human connection will be the future gold standard; a way of interacting and doing business based on co-creation of value driven by dialogue; a future with a human face and an authentic voice - a future in which business learns to communicate and perform. Superior communication is the very source of performance breakthrough - creating value and influence - and is an indispensable measure of success.
With The Performance Theatre, Xyntéo supports the TPT Foundation and works with its Advisory Board and Partners to project manage and administer The Performance Theatre. In addition, Xyntéo analyses the proceedings and communicates the new insights in a published report which is distributed to the guests and media which is designed to be of real use to C-level leaders.

Underpinning the PACE process and The Performance Theatre are the Xyntéo learning principles. The essence of the principles is the Learning Trinity. To produce a positive effect (in business and at the personal level) it is imperative that three inputs be in balance: the Cognitive, the Experiential and the Inspirational. This is the foundation for all of Xyntéo's work - to strive for balance in all Client engagements by working with Clients to open individual and collective minds to new ways of thinking, being and doing.
