Over a four month period, the Disha partnership is training 180 young women to work at a stainless steel plant in Haryana, a state where women’s workforce participation remains low.
High quality skilling and new job opportunities will be provided to 120 women in Haryana and Bengaluru, as part of an innovative pilot involving JLL, India Development Foundation, UNDP and Xyntéo.
